Danny The staff are very polite and have worked very hard to fix an error a new employee made (I received a regular non holo instead of the reverse holo stamped version). I am so used to many companies not caring, but Card Dynasty has shocked me with how far they are going to get me the reverse holo. Packaging is also very nice with bubble wrap.
